Information we collect
Application contact details, age-eligibility confirmation, devices, learning goals, technology confidence, scheduling preferences, accessibility preferences, consent records, membership activity, attendance, support history and billing status through approved providers.
A date of birth is used transiently during assessment submission to calculate 60+ eligibility. The birth date itself is not stored with the application; only the eligibility confirmation is retained.
How information is used
To review fit, communicate decisions, provision approved accounts, deliver lessons, improve accessibility, operate weekly sessions, respond to support needs, process billing and protect the program.
Service providers
Approved providers may process limited information for hosting, authentication, payments, email, calendar, Zoom and optional consent-based SMS. Payment card details are handled by the approved payment provider and are not stored by this division.
Governed KingdomMind AI™ connection
AI With Ease 60+™ and KingdomMind AI™ are distinct divisions governed by Stewardship Infrastructure Group LLC. For an approved member’s included connected access, the minimum necessary information may be used across the two divisions for identity matching, entitlement verification, account provisioning, access start and end dates, learning-path recommendation, member support, privacy-request handling, security and audit accountability.
This limited record may include name, approved email address, verified AI With Ease 60+™ member reference, qualifying paid, sponsored or authorized grace-period status, entitlement dates, required consent and Orientation status. It does not include payment-card or bank information, passwords, security codes, government identifiers, medical information or unrelated assessment answers. Purpose limitation and appropriate access controls remain required.
Information is not used by StewardOS™, Capital & Calling™ or another SIG division without its own documented purpose and appropriate controls.
